Andavis Hotel (Adults Only) - Kardamena (Kos)

Excellent hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a no smoking policy. I remember staff kindly guiding me on my first stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

Location: the hotel was near to restaurants, the town centre, beach and nightlife and Kos Island. The rooms were fine and comfy, had shower facilities and bath sheets in the bathroom.

very nice stay, as always. fairly clean accommodation, fine rooms and particularly good and excellent location. pleasant staff, always with a smile. location so close to the island of kos as well as the sea. also, to the grocery store. private parking on-site provided. not to mention free wifi!

Great water pressure after long beach days.

3 minutes walk, to beach.7 minutes walk to centre,supermarket 1 minute walk.buget hotel clean,swimming pool across road.very good value for money.

Everything was good. our family liked that hotel because it's really value for money. price was the smallest i have ever paid for hotel- but it was really good- it was always clean, with balcony, enough space and so on- really good choice. Mr. Niko takes a good care about hotel. so if you do not need luxury- it is perfect choice. also i could recommend sun restaurant near andavis hotel- nice place to eat- good prices and tasty food with big portions.

Ample room to move around, hot water with great pressure, and excellent housekeeping were standout features. Anna's really good hospitality.

The extra charge for air conditioning was disappointing, and the communication regarding the showering options on our last day was unclear, resulting in an unexpected additional cost.

Nikos and the time he took to make sure we were looked after.

It was out of season so nothing much was open in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andavis. Everything was perfect: clean, calm and cozy. Hotel is owned by Mr. Niko, who was very pleasant and took care of everything during our stay. We visited Kardamena before the high season, so the hotel was really peaceful (might be different if you come during season). Hotel is situated in an easy to find place in front of magnificent restaurant Sun Mediterranean - please visit it also :)

I arrived before the season began so it was very slow.

The hotelowner is a very friendly and helpfull guy.The room was very clean, Every day he comes to clean the room. Price-quality it is the best ! Pool and a very good restaurant just at the other side of the street. Beach nearby.

We enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the shower after long beach days, and Anna's cheerful demeanor made us feel welcomed. The nearby, charming shops added to the good experience.

I liked everything, except that old guy at reception desk :D

While the rooms are decent, they're showing their age-think basic, a bit dated, and lacking a proper shower head mount. The €8 nightly charge for air conditioning feels steep, especially when it's not well communicated up front. We ran into an issue with late checkout. Even though we asked for a simple shower, we were directed to a separate toilet to change before ultimately being charged €40 for another room, leaving a sour taste at the end of our stay.
